    This monthly membership is ideal for women who want structure, support, and accountability as they work toward long-term health goals. Includes bi-weekly 1:1 sessions, custom meal plans, access to the wellness resource library, chat support between sessions, and food + habit tracking.     This membership includes everything in the Foundational Membership, plus quarterly functional lab testing (GI-MAP, DUTCH, etc.) to help us uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface.   • If you’re struggling with bloating, fatigue, digestive issues, uncertainty around food choices, or suspect hormone imbalances and you’re ready to commit to long term change through a personalized, root-cause approach instead of quick fixes or restrictive diets this program is for you. If have questions, feel free to reach out!

  • One on one coaching is a four to six month commitment. Weekly check-ins take about 10-15 minutes, and private coaching calls are 45 minutes each. You’ll also have access to self-paced learning materials, but you can go through them at your own speed.

  • I am an out-of-network (OON) provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, I offer courtesy claim submissions through Reimbursify. If you have OON benefits, the cost of sessions may be applied to your deductible or reimbursed once that deductible is met.

    I also provide a complimentary benefits check to see if your insurance covers out-of-network services. If you’d like me to verify your benefits for you, just let me know!

  • Yes! You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover nutrition coaching and functional lab testing.

  • I offer different levels of coaching, and functional lab testing is included in higher-tiered packages. If lab testing is something you're interested in, we can discuss the best option based on your needs. Clients in all coaching tiers receive discounted lab pricing if they choose to add testing to their plan.

  • This depends on your starting point, health history, and consistency. Some clients feel noticeable improvements right away, while others see gradual changes over several months. Healing is a process, and I focus on creating a plan that leads to long-term, sustainable results.

  • All functional lab tests are done at home (except for the functional bloodwork panel, which requires a local lab draw). Once you order a test, you’ll receive a kit with simple instructions. After completing the test, you’ll mail it to the lab using the prepaid shipping label. Results take about 2-4 weeks, and we’ll review them together to create a personalized plan.
