  • Yes! I’m currently in-network with Most major insurance companies. Over 90% of my clients use their health insurance to cover services. If you'd like to check your coverage, feel free to fill out the contact form here and I’ll complete a complimentary benefits check for you.

  • Yes! You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover nutrition coaching and functional lab testing.

  • At this time, functional medicine lab testing (such as GI-MAP, DUTCH, etc.) is not covered by insurance. These tests are considered out-of-pocket expenses, but I’ll always review pricing and recommendations with you before ordering anything so you can make an informed decision.

  • Every journey is unique, but many clients start noticing positive changes like more energy, less bloating, or feeling calmer around food within the first few weeks. Lasting results come from building sustainable habits, which is why ongoing support is such a big part of my approach.

  • All functional lab tests are done at home (except for the functional bloodwork panel, which requires a local lab draw). Once you order a test, you’ll receive a kit with simple instructions. After completing the test, you’ll mail it to the lab using the prepaid shipping label. Results take about 2-4 weeks, and we’ll review them together to create a personalized plan.
